With more than 20 years in the insurance industry, I’ve had the privilege of working in every part of an agency. As a St. Martin University graduate, I began my career as licensed support staff, advanced into training and performance management for new agency owners, and ultimately became an agency franchise owner myself.
Supporting other agency owners shaped the way I serve my customers today. I believe deeply that every customer comes first—whether they’re a large commercial account or a single‑policy household, each person is treated with dignity, respect, and genuine care.
Serving the community where I live and raise my children is one of the greatest rewards of this work, and I’m committed to helping protect the people and businesses that make it home.
